4. Shipping Policy

  • We only ship within the United States.
  • Standard shipping time is 3 to 5 business days, but orders may experience delays of up to 15 days depending on demand.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination.
  • OTTO CREATIONS LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

5. Return and Warranty Policy

No Returns

Due to the nature of our products (single-use plastic bracelets that come into contact with the skin), we do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons.

Warranty for Defective Products

If a product arrives defective, the warranty applies only if the defect affects more than 40% of the total order. To request an evaluation, the customer must:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  2. Provide clear photos or videos showing the defect.
  3. Wait for our team’s evaluation. If approved, we will offer a partial replacement or store credit.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and shipped.
  • If the order has not yet been dispatched, you may contact us to check if cancellation is possible.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate information when placing an order, including shipping address and contact details.
  • We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
